Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Delphi Programmer to integrate into and enhance existing solutions, participate in data collection using Delphi, and support medium-term migration to Java. Collaboration in agile environments with a focus on quality and security Senior Delphi Programmer A technology company with its own proprietary product and a leader in its industry seeks to hire a senior Delphi programmer with the following vision: * Integrate and gain in-depth knowledge of the specific features and functionalities of existing solutions * Maintain and implement enhancements to solutions developed using the Delphi stack * Participate in Delphi-based data collection processes, with subsequent processing via Power BI applications in Azure Fabric \+ Azure AI within a Zero Trust Security environment * Participate, in the medium term, in the transition of Delphi solutions to Java **We seek to collaborate with a candidate who has:** * Proven application development experience in Delphi (minimum 5 years) * Experience developing management applications, visual components, distributed applications, and REST/JSON communication services * Extensive experience with SQL Server * Advanced knowledge of the latest Delphi versions * A strong focus on product quality and security * Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum as a working culture * Emotional intelligence and a willingness to actively assist and collaborate with colleagues * University degree or bachelor's degree in Computer Science * Experience developing Java applications will be considered an advantage Delphi, REST, JSON, SQL
