Main responsibilities include operating industrial machinery, making adjustments to optimize product efficiency and quality, and maintaining a steady flow of materials on production lines. The ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently after receiving appropriate training is highly valued. This role is essential for smooth daily operations and achieving production targets. This position requires full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. No specific academic qualifications are required; however, a minimum of 6 months’ experience in production roles is mandatory. Proficiency in operating machinery and understanding production processes are important competencies for this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong learning agility and adaptability to different types of machines and processes. Temporary contracts are offered, with possible renewal based on production needs. Contracts may be for individual days or on a monthly basis. Compensation will comply with the sector’s collective bargaining agreement. The work environment is friendly and dynamic, encouraging collaboration among colleagues. It is essential to have personal means of transportation to reach the workplace. Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Production Operator. Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) is mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Full availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
