




Job Summary: Envira Sostenible is seeking a Project Manager to manage clients, define technical solutions, and ensure the execution of automatic measurement system projects at its Asturias headquarters. Envira Sostenible S.A., a nationally recognized company specializing in the integrated lifecycle of air quality monitoring networks and automatic emission and pollutant parameter monitoring systems, seeks to hire a **Project Manager** for its Automatic Measurement Systems Department at its central headquarters in Asturias. In collaboration with the Department Director and in coordination with the IoT department, the candidate will be responsible for commercial client management and determining appropriate technical solutions to ensure successful execution of assigned projects within their portfolio. They will ensure achievement of commercial objectives through direct communication with assigned clients and continuously monitor market developments to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential. In coordination with the Maintenance Manager, they will ensure smooth development of their project portfolio and consistent compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.’s quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical and economic proposals in accordance with technical specifications, project requirements, and Envira Sostenible S.A.’s standards. * Ensure high-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule execution of projects involving Envira Sostenible S.A., covering both documentation and physical deliverables across design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases. * **Execute commercial campaigns and business growth initiatives defined by Management according to an assigned account plan.** * **Proactively monitor the market, identifying and engaging with emerging growth opportunities.** * Address client needs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for innovation and optimization aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving internal departmental processes. * Participate in the implementation of all digital tools designed to support continuous productivity improvement at Envira Sostenible S.A. Analyze, interpret, and propose corrective actions based on metrics and KPIs provided by these tools. * Attend specific training courses as required. * **Provide collaborative technical support to other projects within the Systems area as directed.** **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Chemical Engineering degree, Chemistry degree, or Industrial Engineering degree with specialization in Electronics and Automation. * First-hand experience in designing, tuning, calibrating, and commissioning complex automatic measurement systems. * **Minimum five years’ experience in instrumentation within project coordination roles.** * Significant involvement in advanced instrumentation technical projects, preferably in gas, water, and air quality measurement networks. * Advanced knowledge of analytical instrumentation. * Proficient use of standard project management tools. * Minimum English proficiency level B2 or equivalent, with demonstrable experience negotiating in English. **Desirable** * Successful development of public tenders and bids for high-technology metrology projects. * Experience executing tasks and work under the following standards: § ISO/IEC 17025 § ISO 9001 § ISA 5\.1 and subsequent versions * Experience delivering ongoing training to work teams. **Competencies** * Leadership * **Commercial mindset.** * Initiative, autonomy, and discipline. * Results orientation * Teamwork * Work quality * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts through non-face-to-face channels.
