Currently, we are seeking a **Software Quality Engineer** to **implement and oversee quality processes** within our software development team for critical systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define, implement, and maintain software quality assurance processes. * Develop and supervise technical documentation according to industry standards (quality plans, audit reports, metrics, etc.). * Work closely with development, verification, and project management teams to ensure compliance with defined standards. * Conduct internal quality audits and participate in formal inspections. * Design, execute, and document test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated). * Identify, report, and track defects and quality issues. * Manage traceability and version control tools. * Participate in continuous improvement activities throughout the software lifecycle. **Knowledge, Experience, and Candidate Profile:** * Degree/Master’s in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace, or related field. * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in software quality assurance within regulated environments (preferably in defense, aerospace, railway, or automotive industries). * Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, acceptance). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Version control, preferably Git. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with standards such as ECSS\-E\-ST\-40C, DO\-178C, ISO 25010, or similar. * Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C\+\+, Python, or scripting for automation. * Experience with embedded software testing tools and automatic unit test generation tools like Vectorcast. * Knowledge and experience with static and dynamic code analysis tools such as SonarQube and CodeSonar.
