Their solutions are applied in sectors such as food industry, agriculture, animal health, swimming pools and industrial processes. About the position: As a Production Manager, you will be the key person in supervising and optimizing all production operations. Your main objective will be to ensure that processes are carried out efficiently, meeting the highest quality standards and established delivery deadlines. Main responsibilities: Plan, organize and supervise daily production, ensuring compliance with quality, efficiency and safety objectives. Coordinate different work shifts, guaranteeing the proper execution of production processes. Manage human and material resources, optimizing their use and performance. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and R&D departments to ensure an efficient workflow. Implement improvements in production processes by applying continuous improvement methodologies. Monitor key production indicators (KPIs) and prepare follow-up reports. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations. Participate in defining production strategies and operational decision-making. Lead and motivate the production team, promoting professional development and teamwork. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as Production Manager, Production Supervisor or equivalent, preferably in the food packaging sector. University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food or similar), or Higher Vocational Training related to production or the food industry. Experience managing work teams. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial machinery, and safety regulations. Leadership, organizational and decision-making skills. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. Good command of computer tools and production management software. Residence in Sabiñánigo or surrounding areas, or willingness to relocate. Valued: Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of ERP systems. English or other language proficiency. Conditions: Working hours: Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00. Salary according to collective agreement.
