We are looking for professionals to work as gerocultors in a senior residence located in Tardienta. The main responsibilities of the position will include providing assistance and direct support to residents in their daily activities, such as personal hygiene, feeding, and companionship. Tasks related to personal care and environmental maintenance will also be carried out, always aiming to ensure the physical and mental well-being of the individuals under our care. A full-time working schedule is offered with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including morning and afternoon shifts. The contract is temporary, initially intended to cover a leave due to temporary disability, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. Additionally, a psycho-emotional support service is available year-round. Previous experience in similar roles will be valued, as well as qualifications such as a Medium-Level Degree in Nursing Auxiliary Care, Medium-Level Degree in Attention to Dependent Persons, or the Professional Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions.
