We're expanding our team! ### **Main responsibilities:** * **Project analysis** * Thorough review of technical documentation: drawings, measurements, specifications, and reports. * Identification of errors, inconsistencies, or technical gaps. * Proposals for improvements or technical alternatives (value engineering). * **Preparation of bids** * Preparation of detailed and itemized budgets (using tools such as Presto, Arquímedes, TCQ, etc.). * Assessment of direct and indirect costs, margins, risks, and deviations. * Calculation of unit prices, productivity rates, and required resources. * **Technical and administrative documentation** * Preparation of documentation for public tenders and private competitions. * Writing of technical reports, preliminary construction plans, schedules, and specific studies (environmental, safety, etc.). * Document management in accordance with client or regulatory requirements. * **Planning and pre-construction coordination** * Development of initial execution plans (Gantt, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). * Estimation of required human and material resources. * Coordination with site managers, procurement, production, quality, and safety teams. * **Monitoring and support** * Technical support during the bidding phase. * In some cases, collaboration with production during construction to resolve technical discrepancies. ### **Typical job requirements:** * **Education**: * Degree in Building Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. * Master's degree in project management, BIM, or occupational health and safety is desirable. * **Previous experience**: * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles (estimating, technical office, construction sites). * In-depth knowledge of construction processes and current regulations. * **Technical skills**: * Advanced proficiency in measurement and budgeting software (Presto, Arquímedes, etc.). * Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6\). * High level in AutoCAD, and knowledge of BIM (Revit, Navisworks) is desirable.
