Job Summary: This role within the Ultra-Fresh Section involves ensuring product freshness and presentation, stock control, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product freshness and presentation in the section. 2. Monitor stock levels and conduct section inventories. 3. Clean and organize section facilities and tools. As part of the Ultra-Fresh Section team, led by the Section Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Receive goods, ensuring the freshness and incoming condition of fruits and vegetables. * Prepare and display fruits, vegetables, and other section products, ensuring quality, quantity, and optimal presentation. * Perform yield calculations, performance analyses, shrinkage assessments, etc. * Monitor existing stock levels, supporting the Section Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders to guarantee adequate stock levels and product variety. * Monitor and remove products failing to meet required freshness standards. * Clean, organize, and supervise section materials, utensils, and facilities.
