We are seeking a SHIFT LEADER with experience to join the production team.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise daily shift production operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency objectives.Lead work teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Identify and resolve incidents in production processes.Optimize the use of resources (materials, machinery, personnel).Implement and ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations.Analyze production indicators and propose improvements.Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments.Train and develop the team under supervision.Participate in production planning and continuous improvement.Report shift results to management.Job Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial production environments.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate work teams.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial machinery.Results-oriented, with strong focus on efficiency and quality.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.Commitment to safety and occupational risk prevention regulations.Residence in Sabiñánigo or surrounding areas, or willingness to relocate.Desirable:Technical or university education related to production, engineering, or similar fields.Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.Familiarity with production management software.Technical level of English.If you are looking to join a growing company with a solid project and the opportunity to develop your professional career in a dynamic and sustainable sector, this is your chance!
