**About the Role**

At Baxter, every analysis we perform contributes to ensuring the safety and quality of treatments used by patients worldwide. We are seeking a Microbiology Laboratory Analyst to join our Sabiñánigo manufacturing site, located at the foothills of the Pyrenees—a setting that combines professional opportunities, high quality of life, and natural beauty.
You will become part of a team committed to excellence, working in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment where you can develop your technical expertise and continue growing professionally.
This position operates on a shift-based schedule.
**Your Impact**
--------------------------
* Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with required quality standards prior to patient use.
* Prepare reagents, culture media, materials, and equipment, ensuring analyses are conducted reliably, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
* Execute stability studies to help verify the quality and safety of our products throughout their lifecycle.
* Manage and verify proper operation of laboratory equipment, helping maintain analytical result accuracy and robustness.
* Record and document laboratory activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.
**What We Look for in You**
-------------------------
* Higher Vocational Training in Laboratory or Quality Control, or equivalent education.
* Knowledge or experience in microbiological analysis, ideally within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry.
* Experience in pharmaceutical environments or microbiology laboratories—particularly in sterility testing, endotoxin testing, environmental monitoring, microbiological analysis, or aseptic techniques—is highly desirable.
* Ability to work rigorously in environments with high quality standards.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
