The company has over 30 years of experience in thermal installations and delivers HVAC and refrigeration projects for top-tier clients. Main Responsibilities * Daily organization and supervision of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitoring the execution of HVAC, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration installations. * Tracking project schedules and ensuring timely delivery. * Quality control of completed work. * Management of materials, supplies, and site requirements. * Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Coordination with Site Engineers, Engineering Department, and Technical Direction. Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in mechanical or HVAC installations. * Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, industrial heating, and refrigeration systems. * Ability to coordinate teams and manage subcontractors. * Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and documentation. * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training. * Organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Willingness to travel as required by projects, within a radius of 50\-60 km.
