Due to its growth, it seeks to hire a **Construction Site Manager** to lead on-site execution of works, coordinate technical teams, and ensure proper implementation of installations. **What Will Be Your Mission?** You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising daily site activities, serving as the technical team’s point of reference and ensuring installations are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and coordinate daily work for installation and technical teams. * Supervise proper execution of HVAC and industrial refrigeration installations. * Allocate tasks and resources to optimize project progress. * Monitor work progress and resolve on-site issues. * Coordinate with technical management and report on project status. * Supervise materials, tools, and site requirements. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and occupational risk prevention. * Provide technical support to the team when required. Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a **Construction Site Manager**, **Team Leader**, or **Installations Supervisor**. * Experience coordinating on-site work teams. * Knowledge of HVAC, industrial refrigeration, or mechanical installations. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving capability. * Valid driving license (Category B). * Residence in Huesca or within an approximate radius of 50 km. **Preferred Qualifications** * Vocational training in Industrial Refrigeration, HVAC, Thermal Installations, or related fields. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training (60 hours). * Fluorinated gas certification. * Knowledge of electrical systems applied to installations. * Experience in industrial maintenance.
