Essential requirements include a minimum educational background of high school diploma (Bachiller), intermediate or advanced vocational training (Grado Medio or Superior) in an administrative field, or a university degree in a related discipline. Candidates must have at least 12 months of prior experience and advanced proficiency in computer tools to operate internal software. Responsibilities include managing client contracts, preparing work reports, controlling costs and budgets, processing supplier purchase orders, supervising delivery notes, and supporting the Human Resources department. The role also involves inventory and item control using spreadsheet applications. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 07:30 to 15:30, Monday through Friday. The initial salary will follow the applicable collective agreement during the training period, with potential adjustments thereafter. Immediate hiring is required.
