Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support in coordination, quality control, office tasks, and public service within the Industrial Processing area. Key Points: 1. Key support in coordination and quality control 2. General administrative management and public service 3. Position with no personnel or budget responsibilities The organization is launching an internal promotion process to fill the position of Administrative Assistant – Industrial Processing (Group III – Auxiliary Technician), based in Barbastro. **Reporting to:** Coordinator of the Industrial Processing Area. Main Responsibilities * Supporting area coordination and monitoring staff attendance. * Quality control tasks. * General office and administrative tasks. * Public service. * Issuing goods dispatch notes. * Receiving and controlling goods. * Filing and document management. * Organizing newspaper distribution (managing subscriber registrations and cancellations). This position does not entail signing authority or responsibilities regarding personnel or budget. Required Profile * Training as an Administrative Assistant. * In the absence of such training, prior experience in a similar role will be required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requirements and Conditions * Valid driver's license. * Flexible availability. * Newspaper distribution occurs every Friday throughout the year; therefore, vacation scheduling must accommodate this organizational requirement.
