Continuous learning in a dynamic environment We seek to hire an **Administrative Assistant** to reinforce the administrative team on an **afternoon shift**. **Main Responsibilities** * Order entry and management. * Management of purchase and sales delivery notes. * Production and distribution preparation. * Direct contact with customers, suppliers, and staff from our own stores. * Support in general administrative tasks of the department. **Requirements** * Prior experience in administrative tasks (experience in production or distribution environments is valued). * Proficiency in computer tools (email, office software, management systems). * Must be responsible, autonomous, and proactive. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and suppliers. * Organizational and methodical abilities, with capacity to work autonomously. **Conditions** * **Contract type**: Permanent. * **Working hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 6 days per week. * **Schedule**: Primarily afternoon shifts, with one morning shift per week and the following day off. * **Salary**: Between €18,000 and €21,000 gross annually, depending on experience and level of autonomy.
