A Higher National Diploma in Administration and Finance or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required. Proficiency in accounting and invoicing software, as well as strong Excel and other office software skills, is essential. Main responsibilities include document management, accounting and invoicing tasks, and telephone support. Prior experience in similar roles is preferred. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming indefinite, on a part-time basis of 6 hours per day during morning shifts, from 8:00 to 14:00. The salary is €1050 gross per month, paid in 14 installments.
