Fresh products are essential in food retail stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these products—including product theatrics—to ensure customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the FISHMONGER section, your core responsibilities will include: * Cutting and dispatching products. * Setting up the display counter. * Restocking to maintain section visual appeal. * Managing shrinkage. * Maintaining and promoting products. * Cleaning and ensuring hygiene within the section. * Providing personalized customer orientation and advice for purchases.
