O&M Project Manager Biomass

Currently, for one of our biomass plants in Alcolea de Cinca (Huesca), we are seeking a Plant Manager (Project Manager) whose main responsibility will be the operation and maintenance of the facility. **Main Responsibilities** * Operation and maintenance of the plant. * Ensure contractual thermal production. * Guarantee demand and quality according to contractual conditions. * Control annual operation & maintenance budgets. * Define the CMMS system. * Manage third-party maintenance contracts. * Ensure compliance with ENGIE standards regarding Occupational Safety. * Ensure compliance with ENGIE standards regarding Quality and Environment. **Requirements** Education: Technical or Higher Engineer / Naval Machinery Engineer Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation of industrial equipment and specifically biomass facilities. * Knowledge of the biomass sector, its management and specific characteristics for energy production. * Knowledge of certification and calibration of instrumentation, operation of high and low voltage industrial electrical installations, operation of thermal and electrical energy generation equipment. * Team management skills. * Customer relationship management skills. Management Tools: General office software, advanced level Excel, maintenance supervision systems such as GIMAO or similar, administrative management systems such as UNISAP or similar, programming.
