Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator for our new gypsum board manufacturing plant Gypzero in Zaragoza, contributing to operational success. Key Highlights: 1. You will work in the Production area We are building a gypsum board manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; **Gypzero**, an innovative and sustainable project driving the industry toward the NetZero model. You will work in the Production area of the new gypsum board plant, directly contributing to operational success. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform tasks at any point along the production line: Calcination, Additive and Paper Preparation, Mixer, Knife, Dryer, Stacker, and Strip Manufacturing—all following established work procedures. * Manage finished products and raw materials as appropriate. * Maintain the forklift in optimal condition, ensuring equipment cleanliness and performing basic preventive maintenance tasks such as air filter cleaning, etc. Report any malfunctions to the maintenance team and your supervisor. * Remove debris, wet scrap, dry scrap, etc. from designated temporary storage areas around the plant, and arrange them according to your supervisor’s instructions and internal plant policies. * Carry out all tasks associated with mobile equipment operation with utmost care, complying with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Play an active role in production and remain constantly vigilant regarding the manufacturing process to report any quality, mechanical, or other issues. * Comply with the company’s safety regulations and always use required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Properly implement the company’s continuous improvement programs, including 5S. * Keep up-to-date documentation certifying authorization to operate mobile equipment. **What can Alier offer you?** * **Contract:** Permanent. * **Professional Development:** Active participation in the continuous improvement of facilities and work methods. **What do you need to succeed in this position?** * Minimum Education: Intermediate Vocational Training Qualification * Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift * Essential Technical Knowledge: + Forklift + Front-end loader
