Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge responsible for surveillance, access control, equipment supervision, mail reception, and leadership during evacuations, ensuring overall security. Leadership in evacuation and assistance during emergencies We seek a concierge to perform building surveillance and access control. The selected candidate will supervise the proper operation of condominium equipment and receive mail. Additionally, their role will be critical in leading evacuations and providing assistance during emergencies, ensuring everyone's safety. A Basic General Education diploma or ESO qualification is preferred, along with basic computer literacy. Prior experience in similar positions will also be considered. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 28 hours per week: Monday to Thursday shifts are morning (8:00–13:45) and afternoon (13:45–19:30); Friday shifts are morning (8:00–12:30) and afternoon (12:30–17:00). The employment contract will be an interim replacement contract.
