This role is essential for the development and execution of a major industrial project in Huesca, located just 50 minutes from Zaragoza. The selected individual will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within this environment. We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the required position, preferably with knowledge in managing facilities for data centers. The ideal candidate must be able to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards established by the company and client requirements are met. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Project Coordination:** Organize and oversee the implementation of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with agreed schedules and quality standards. * **Team Supervision:** Lead a team of technicians and installation specialists, assigning tasks and monitoring progress at each project phase. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Work closely with other coordinators and departments (such as design, safety, and operations) to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project. * **Vendor Management:** Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet required quality and safety standards. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, applying knowledge from a 60-hour PRL course in team management and on-site work. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of progress and activities, preparing periodic reports on the status of installations and any issues arising during project execution. **Requirements** -------------- * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP installation coordination, preferably in industrial environments and data center projects. * **Education:** Technical or engineering degree in fields related to MEP systems installation and management. * **Certification:** A 60-hour PRL course certification in occupational risk prevention will be highly valued. * **Skills:** Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in MEP design and project management software tools. * **Availability:** Ability to commute to the worksite in Huesca and availability to attend meetings in Zaragoza and other locations if necessary. **What We Offer** ----------------- At Eosol Group, we value our employees and offer a dynamic and professional work environment with opportunities for development and growth.
