




An administrative staff member is sought to join the team. Having one year of prior experience in similar administrative tasks is essential. Academic qualifications are required, either a university degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration and Management, or an advanced vocational training cycle in Administration and Finance. Proficiency in English is essential, as well as knowledge of German. If German is not known, knowledge of French will be positively valued. A valid driver's license is necessary. Main job responsibilities include drafting, filing, and controlling documents, as well as maintaining databases and document management systems. The candidate will also handle communication with clients, suppliers, and workers, both in person and via telephone or email. The selected candidate is expected to prepare budgets, invoices, and orders, and to skillfully use programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), management software (ERP), databases, and email. Additionally, the candidate must keep records of invoices and accounting entries. A full-time permanent contract is offered, with working hours from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00\. Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Immediate incorporation is required.
