What will you do on a daily basis? * Be responsible for a team of ONCE sales agents to boost their professional and skill development, reinforcing attitudes, abilities, and knowledge according to commercial needs. * Conduct periodic visits to various sales points to verify: That sales agents know and correctly sell and display our products. The exploitation of the sales point and its surrounding area. Alignment with current commercial priorities. Proper spatial and time coverage, as well as monitoring product offerings tailored to consumer groups. * Keep network information updated using the established computer application. * Collaborate in post\-training activities. What do we value in you? * Vocational Training in Commerce and Marketing / Commercial Management / Sales and Commercial Spaces or similar. * Previous experience managing teams. * Administrative or management experience related to commercial environment tasks, customers, sales, CRM usage, etc. * Valid driver's license for vehicles. * Additional training in sales techniques and/or commercial team management. * Experience in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments. * Commitment, goal orientation, planning ability, and communication skills. * People orientation—we love working in teams and have a service vocation! What do we offer you? * Temporary contract. * Full-time split shift, ensuring an adequate visiting schedule to different sales points. * Average salary of \+28\.000 euros (16,900 euros base salary, 3,000 euros for split shift, 1,800 euros for commercial responsibilities, and the remainder variable based on goal achievement).
