A person who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical challenges, and contributing to ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this role, you will do more than just repair breakdowns. You will be a key contributor to ensuring production continuity, improving equipment reliability, and helping the plant operate to the highest standards of quality and safety. If you are motivated by teamwork, continuous improvement, and being part of a company whose purpose is to make a real difference in patients’ lives, we would love to meet you. **What are your responsibilities?** * Diagnose and resolve equipment failures to minimize disruptions and ensure production continuity. * Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities to increase equipment reliability and reduce future incidents. * Monitor and analyze equipment operating parameters to detect potential deviations before they become failures.
