Your primary responsibility will be to lead transfer and validation projects for analytical methods of new products and raw materials. If you are looking for a place where you can work alongside dynamic, talented individuals whose primary goal is to save and sustain lives—and whose work values center on speed, simplicity, value, and collaboration—then we would love to hear from you. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Perform timely tasks and analyses for the transfer and validation of analytical methods for new products and raw materials. * Ensure compliance with established laboratory quality, safety, and process standards. * Prepare reports, trend analyses, and presentations of section results and key performance indicators. * Develop and execute analytical method validation protocols and reports, as well as equipment qualification and requalification protocols and reports; implement and maintain the Validation Master Plan. * Monitor, control, and plan inventory levels of reagents, laboratory supplies, and spare parts; place orders for these items; and verify proper archiving of Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) for reagents and standards. * Support initial and ongoing training of analysts assigned to the project. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects—including drafting and/or revising standard operating procedures and work instructions—and collaborate with the Laboratory Lead on Risk Assessments. * Support change control management, closure of non-conformance actions, process deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and invalidated tests. * Participate in the review of chemical and instrumental analysis results for in-process and finished products, manufacturing incidents, OTCs (Out-of-Trend results), and raw materials. * Ensure compliance with EHS, GLP, data integrity, legal requirements, Baxter requirements, applicable standards (ISO and OHSAS), and the annual Stability Program and Chapter VI GMP requirements. * Support evaluation of the impact of regulatory changes (e.g., GQPs, pharmacopoeias) on the site. **We are looking for professionals who have:** * A university degree in Chemistry and solid experience in a chemical laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. * Knowledge of chemical, physicochemical, and instrumental testing, as well as experience managing analytical method validations and transfers. * Familiarity with GMP & GLP regulations. * Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. * Teamwork skills, analytical ability, and strong organizational capabilities. **Why join Baxter?** * Competitive total compensation package * Professional development opportunities * Work-life balance (Family Responsibility Certification – EFR) * Flexible benefits (childcare vouchers, employee discounts, etc.) * Commitment to growing and developing an inclusive and diverse workforce **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
