As part of the store team, coordinated by Shift Managers, your responsibilities in this role will include: * Restocking, facing and rotating products on shelves according to established schedules and order, * Politely informing customers about product features and locations, as well as collecting their suggestions. * Ensuring proper product labeling. * Processing payments at the cash register. * Verifying the correlation between products and invoices at self-service checkouts. * Ensuring smooth customer flow through checkout lanes. * Checking and replenishing availability of bags, paper rolls, etc. * Safeguarding daily revenue, documents, cash drawer and receipts until handing them over at the end of the shift. Desired skills and qualifications: We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food and people, and if you have: - Experience in roles requiring direct customer interaction - Compulsory Secondary Education, High School or Medium-Level Vocational Training - Proficiency in cash registers, payment terminals, etc. - Basic knowledge of office software tools.
