Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the packaging plant. Manage the production team, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity and safety objectives. Optimize processes and resources to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Collaborate with quality, maintenance and logistics departments. Prepare production reports and propose improvement plans. Requirements Technical education (preferably in industrial engineering, food technology or similar). Previous experience in plant or production management within the food industry. Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of food quality and safety standards (IFS, BRC, ISO). Strong communication skills and results orientation. Conditions Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00 h. Location: Sabiñánigo area (Aragonese Pyrenees).
