Job Summary: A Technical Architect is sought for the Huesca City Council to develop, supervise, and manage projects and construction works, conduct inspections, and provide public service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project and construction work development and supervision. 2. Inspections and assurance of legal compliance/technical quality. 3. Public service and information provision. A Technical Architect is sought for the Huesca City Council. A university degree in Technical Architecture and Building Construction, Building Engineering, or Sciences and Technologies of Building Construction—or an equivalent qualification—is required, along with specific computer skills relevant to technical architecture. Duties will include project and construction work preparation, supervision, management, and valuation; conducting inspections to ensure legal compliance and technical quality; drafting reports, summaries, and certifications; overseeing occupational health and safety; verifying urban planning compliance; and providing public service and information on matters within the scope of competence. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a maximum duration of 3 years for vacancies and replacements, or 9 months in cases of task accumulation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00\.
