If you are an analytical person with strong budget management skills and deep technical knowledge of construction projects, this is your opportunity to join a company focused on continuous growth and innovation. ### **Main Responsibilities:** As a Technical Offers Specialist, you will be a key player in the commercial and technical department, taking on the following responsibilities: * **Project Analysis and Modification:** Evaluate and manage modifications arising in construction projects, ensuring the technical and economic feasibility of changes. * **Budget and Quotation Preparation:** Calculate and detail costs associated with project modifications, as well as prepare accurate and competitive budgets and quotations for new opportunities. * **Interpretation of Measurements:** Possess a deep understanding of construction measurements, capable of correctly interpreting them for proper project evaluation. * **Technical-Commercial Support:** Collaborate closely with commercial and engineering teams to provide optimal solutions to our clients. * **Documentation Management:** Prepare and review the necessary technical and economic documentation for bid submissions. * **Bid Follow-up:** Monitor submitted bids, responding to client inquiries and requirements. * **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to optimizing the processes for preparing bids and budgets. ### **Essential Requirements:** To join our team, it is essential that you meet the following requirements: * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sectors. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid education and understanding of technical aspects related to construction projects.
