




Job Summary: We are seeking a student intern to support process engineering, tooling tracking, and PPAP documentation, working with PQ-FMEA and NX software, and gaining knowledge in automotive launch projects. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in process engineering and PPAP documentation. 2. Training on PQ-FMEA and FMEA software. 3. Experience in automotive launch projects with key customers. We are opening an internship position in the Process Engineering department located at our Paterna headquarters. Main Responsibilities: Support tooling tracking. Support PPAP documentation generation. Work with PQ\-FMEA software to input FMEA lines; specific training on AMFE (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) will be provided. Collaborate on technical tasks with NX design. Gain comprehensive understanding of the entire automotive launch project from the engineering perspective (from design feasibility, machinery and tooling procurement, to internal and customer approval). Familiarity with APQP and PPAP documentation for multiple customers (Volvo, Ford, VW, BMW, Mercedes, Stellantis), associated with the full launch project. Requirements Education and Academic Level: Currently enrolled in the final year of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines. Eligible for curricular or extracurricular internship credits. Availability: Ability to undertake full-time internships (8 hours per day) during standard office hours. Commitment to an internship duration of at least 6 months (or as required by the university internship agreement). Languages: Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level), both written and spoken, as some documents and internal communications are conducted in English. Willingness and ability to commute to the Paterna Technology Park.
