Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and organize all tasks to be carried out by the team assigned to the Area Head of Cold Technical Service or Regional STF Head, based on guidelines set by the Area Head of Cold Technical Service and according to assigned needs and priorities. * Carry out and verify the correct completion of all required forms and records to maintain active Cold Quality systems. * Manage, track, and supervise field and workshop activities (Workshop in coordination with Operations Support). Field activity tracking will be performed using a tablet and specific assigned tasks. * Monitor compliance with SLAs by external Technical Service providers. * Supervise the implementation of Quality policies. * Identify and resolve Quality non-conformities within your area of influence. * Supervise transportation incidents in your area. * Maintain active communication with the Commercial Department regarding all matters related to cold equipment: installation and removal requests, equipment leasing agreements, and event coordination. Provide status updates. * Coordinate pre-installation visits for Dispensing Equipment to select the appropriate location and equipment type for each customer. * Maintain direct, personalized contact with customers who have installed cold equipment, where necessary. * Perform any other tasks arising from the regular operations of the Cold Technical Service department. **What do we require?** * Technical Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in electromechanical maintenance or refrigeration system maintenance. * Advanced English proficiency (B2\) * Willingness to undertake occasional travel from Tenerife to Gran Canaria. * Advanced office software skills.
