This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional—preferably with a strong electrical engineering background—who wishes to coordinate key disciplines in high-voltage substation projects. We are looking for someone whose track record combines deep technical knowledge and coordination skills to ensure the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience. The position will focus on coordinating civil, electrical, and PEM (Protection, Electromechanical, and Installation) disciplines, with particular emphasis on the electrical specialty. Main responsibilities will include comprehensive coordination of the project’s various technical disciplines, ensuring smooth and effective communication among teams, supervision of schedule and quality standard compliance, and resolution of any technical issues that may arise. The ability to interpret and manage complex technical documentation, as well as to propose innovative and efficient solutions, will be highly valued. The primary location will be our Madrid offices, although occasional travel to Zaragoza for supervision or specific meetings is anticipated. The project has an initial duration of 3 years, with strong prospects for continuity at Eosol Group or on other relevant projects through partners such as Elecnor. We seek a proactive professional with strong teamwork capabilities, results orientation, and a firm commitment to excellence. Effective English communication—both orally and in meetings (B2 level or higher)—is essential for interacting with international teams and clients. If you are an engineer passionate about high-voltage projects, eager to take on new challenges and grow professionally within a dynamic and continuously evolving environment, we encourage you to join Eosol Group. Become part of our team and contribute to the development of key energy projects. Preferred Qualifications: * Specific experience in design and/or execution of HV substations. * Knowledge of project management tools. * Relevant certifications in the energy or electrical installation sector. We Offer: * 3-year contract with potential renewal or continuity on future projects. * Integration into a professional and dynamic team. * Opportunity for professional development in the energy sector. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s experience and value. If you meet the requirements and are seeking a new professional challenge in the energy sector, we look forward to welcoming you at Eosol Group!
