Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **About the Position** We are seeking to hire a Laboratory Analyst or Technician (depending on experience) for our Analytical Method Transfer and Validation team at our Sabiñánigo facility, to play a key role in the robust and reliable implementation of analytical methods into the manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly technical and collaborative environment, actively participating in transfer and validation studies, ensuring compliance with the highest quality and GMP standards, and collaborating with international teams within an innovative and continuously evolving pharmaceutical setting. **What You’ll Do** --------------- * Review and analyze analytical methods and transfer and/or validation protocols developed by the R\+D department, ensuring their feasibility, robustness, and correct implementation in the manufacturing environment. * Manage procurement and control of laboratory reagents and materials, guaranteeing their availability and suitability for conducting transfer studies. * Collaborate continuously with R\+D teams across various Baxter facilities, actively participating in the preparation, review, and final approval of protocols and reports, as well as providing technical support during test execution. * Execute analytical method transfer tests according to approved protocols, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable internal procedures. * Ensure proper use, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment—particularly instrumentation used for analytical testing—contributing to result reliability and reproducibility. * Participate in the validation of new laboratory equipment, contributing technical expertise during commissioning and ensuring suitability for analytical transfer testing. * Additionally, qualified technicians will participate in reviewing test result reports and provide support and training to the analyst team when required. **We Are Looking For Professionals With:** * A university degree in Chemistry and a solid foundation for working in an analytical laboratory within a regulated environment. * Experience and technical knowledge in chemical and instrumental analysis, with mandatory proficiency in HPLC. * Knowledge of other techniques such as LC‑MS, UPLC, or GC will be considered a strong advantage. * Prior experience in analytical method transfer and validation—ideally within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar GMP-regulated industries—is considered advantageous. * Ability to communicate in English in a professional setting, especially in technical contexts, to interact with international teams and collaborate with R\+D departments outside the facility. * Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and an analytical approach enabling structured problem-solving. * Proactive and resilient attitude, with motivation to tackle new technical challenges in a dynamic and demanding environment. **Why Work at Baxter?** * Competitive total compensation package, including market-aligned salary and flexible benefits options such as employee discount programs and other initiatives designed to adapt to various stages of personal and professional life. * Opportunities for professional development and growth, with access to training, learning in highly technical environments, and real possibilities for advancement within a global company. * Work-life balance (Family Responsibility Certification EFR), fostering a balanced, flexible, and sustainable work environment over time. \#LI\-TA1 **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
