This enterprise\-grade platform helps companies comply with critical ESG regulations like:* The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) – ensuring suppliers uphold human rights and environmental standards. * The Whistleblower Directive – providing secure, anonymous reporting channels. * The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) – upcoming EU\-wide sustainability compliance. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 5\-7 engineers to build scalable, high\-impact solutions. You will shape the team’s technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions.
