We are seeking a Validation Technician to work at our Sabiñánigo plant, the gateway to the impressive Pyrenees, where quality of life meets natural beauty. The Validation Technician will be responsible for monitoring the validation plan for equipment, facilities, and plant processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory, normative (GMP, ISO, etc.), and internal quality requirements. Join our team and enjoy a unique combination of work and life. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Monitor the Validation Master Plan and validation plans for equipment, processes, etc., properly managing deviations, changes, and CAPAs related to validations. * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, QA, and other departments to ensure proper planning and execution of validations. * Manage and control the status of validation documents according to the installation and commissioning schedule of various equipment. * Carry out coding, review, and archiving, ensuring maintenance and updating of the validation matrix and the Validation Master Plan (VMP). * Collaborate with system owners and departments responsible for project coordination, advising them on tasks to ensure maintenance of validation status and providing support in preparing necessary validation documentation. * Draft and review all types of documents and procedures applicable to the validation area and execute assigned validation tests. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMPs). * Comply with and ensure compliance with Baxter's established EHS General Standards, legal requirements, Baxter requirements, and applicable regulations. **We are looking for professionals who have:** * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. * Proven experience in validation of equipment, facilities, and processes in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or food industries. * Knowledge of applicable regulations: GMPs, ISO9001:2015, data integrity, and regulations applicable to the validation of measurement instruments, equipment, and processes related to pharmaceutical and medical products. * Ability to communicate in English in a professional context. * Teamwork skills, organization, and critical thinking. * Advanced knowledge of office software and preferably experience with statistical packages (e.g.: Minitab or similar). **Why do you want to work at Baxter?** * Welcoming communities and a strong sense of belonging * Competitive total compensation package * Professional development opportunities * Work-life and family balance (Family Responsibility Certification EFR) * Flexible compensation (childcare vouchers, employee discounts, etc.) * Growth and development opportunities in a unique and beautiful location. \#LI\-TA1 **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
