At Aquaservice, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Plastics Transformation Specialist Technician** to strengthen our industrial team. We seek a **technically skilled professional with experience in plastic manufacturing and transformation processes**, who is eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes, the implementation of new industrial solutions, and the optimization of our production plants. If you have worked with any type of plastic and possess a solid technical foundation in industrial processes, we want to meet you. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- You will serve as the technical reference for plastic transformation processes, closely collaborating with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize processes, implement technical improvements, and ensure maximum efficiency across our industrial facilities. Your work will directly impact several production plants, with the **Graus plant (Huesca) being the primary location of activity**. **What will you do on a daily basis?** ------------------------------- **Industrial Process Optimization** * Analyze and improve plastic transformation processes. * Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. * Participate in the implementation of new processes, machinery, and technologies. * Analyze technical incidents and define corrective and preventive actions. **Technical Support** * Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance teams in resolving incidents. * Collaborate in the commissioning and validation of new installations and equipment. * Participate in industrialization and process improvement projects. **Continuous Improvement** * Drive initiatives aimed at cost optimization, reduction of material waste, and improvement of process performance. * Prepare technical documentation and standardize work procedures. * Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to implement technical improvements. **Quality and Safety** * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Actively participate in industrial innovation projects. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * Higher Vocational Training profiles with substantial technical experience in plastic transformation processes. **Experience** We seek professionals with experience in industrial processes related to plastic transformation, regardless of the specific material they have worked with: * Injection molding. * Blow molding. * Extrusion. * Thermoforming. * Molding. * Other plastic transformation technologies. **Valuable Knowledge** * Industrialization processes. * Molds and tooling. * Process parameterization. * Lean Manufacturing. * Continuous improvement. * CAD, SolidWorks, or other technical design software. **What do we look for in you?** ------------------------ We seek a person with: * Analytical capability. * Orientation toward continuous improvement. * Initiative and autonomy. * Ability to resolve technical problems. * Teamwork skills. * Organizational and planning skills. * Passion for industrial innovation. **Mobility** ------------- Residence location is not a requirement.
