




From **Grupo Mimara** we are selecting **gerocultors** to join our multidisciplinary team at our assisted living center for the elderly. **Functions:** * Support the interdisciplinary team in welcoming and receiving new users, collaborating in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans. * Carry out scheduled interventions aimed at covering basic daily living activities. * Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of preventive, occupational, and recreational activities. * Maintain personal hygiene of users. * Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as medical and assistive equipment. * Provide and administer food, facilitating intake when necessary. * Perform postural changes and other auxiliary services according to technical training. * Accompany, supervise, and support residents during transfers. * Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. * Provide support in caring for residents with catheters and colostomies, as well as administering feeding via syringe, under nursing supervision. * Stimulate communication among users and promote their daily functioning and social integration. * Participate in involving family members in the center's life. * Report any incidents related to users' health. * Observe and record in the incident log any physical or behavioral changes. **Requirements:** * Certification in Geriatric and Gerontological Assistant (mandatory). * Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. * Availability to work full-time. * Vocation for elderly care, teamwork ability, and communication skills. **What do we offer?:** * **Join a committed team**, in a professional environment focused on the well-being of the elderly. * **Temporary full-time contract**, with potential for continuation based on performance and center needs.
