




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist for an automotive workshop, responsible for customer service, administrative management, quotation preparation, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and administrative management in an automotive workshop. 2. Preparation of quotations and handling of leasing contracts. 3. Customer advisory on workshop services. We require a receptionist for an automotive mechanical workshop in Huesca. Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and possess basic user-level computer skills. Prior experience in similar positions will be considered favorably, as will knowledge of mechanics and administrative management. Main duties include customer service both by telephone and in person, vehicle intake at the workshop, administrative tasks, quotation preparation, handling of leasing contracts, and inventory control. The candidate will also advise customers on the services offered by the workshop. This position offers an indefinite full-time contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with remuneration in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
