Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting and coordinating with the resource manager in monitoring and accompanying the women residing there, as well as managing basic daily living tasks. * Observing the resource’s dynamics and recording incidents in the corresponding logs and documents. * Conducting varied activities with residents, participating in leisure and free-time activities. * Promoting implementation of actions outlined in the Individualized Care Plan. * Participating in Supervised Housing dynamics: meetings, handovers of information, establishing intervention strategies, etc. * Assisting with administrative tasks, material supervision, and other duties.
