From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are seeking to hire an Operator to join our production team. The selected candidate will perform tasks related to material handling, loading, unloading, and storage, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other responsibilities, the following stand out: * Operating high-capacity forklifts (8-ton capacity). * Handling and storing loads at height, including horizontal material movement up to 12 meters. * Supporting production and logistics operations at the workplace. * Performing basic controls using office software tools. * Complying with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure daily production and dispatch schedules are met. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * An excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and upholds strong ethical values. * A highly positive work environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous company-provided training. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and values contributed. * Pension plan. We seek a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience. * Compulsory Secondary Education, Other courses and non-regulated training, Other degrees, certifications, and licenses. Specialization: Operation of 8-ton forklifts, with horizontal load handling up to 12 meters in height. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. * Organizational skills and quality orientation. * Capacity to work in industrial environments. * Advanced level of Spanish. * Initially, a split working schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, followed by rotating intensive shifts. * Some experience with office software. * A young, dynamic, solution-oriented profile, capable of adapting to varying work rhythms and shift patterns. \#LI\-OM1
