Permanent full-time position We are seeking building maintenance personnel to carry out general conservation tasks in common areas and outdoor spaces. The main objective is to ensure the good condition and proper functioning of facilities in Benasque (Huesca), specifically at Anciles. Responsibilities include gardening and upkeep of green areas, as well as minor repairs to communal facilities. Basic plumbing support and maintenance of water networks are also required, along with assistance in simple electrical tasks such as bulb replacement or inspection of electrical panels. The general condition of common areas will be monitored, and any issues identified will be reported. Prior experience and relevant training related to the position will be valued. A valid driver’s license (Class B) is mandatory. This is a permanent full-time position.
