At Arce Clima, we commit to meeting our clients’ objectives with quality and punctuality, and we are looking for people like you to continue growing together. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Manage purchase orders and suppliers. * Manage and organize administrative documentation. * Coordinate phone calls and emails, ensuring smooth communication. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience at a warehouse counter handling piping/plumbing/HVAC materials. * Proficiency in administrative and office tasks. * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team. * Capacity to self-organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and Word.
