A dynamic environment with continuous learning **Studies and Proposals Technician** ------------------------------------ ### **Silla (Valencia)** We are looking to hire a **Studies and Proposals Technician** for an established company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of **technical carpentry**, undertaking high-impact projects in the healthcare sector. #### **What will be your mission?** Transform technical drawings into **economic proposals**, participating in the initial phase of projects and ensuring the technical quality of each proposal. You will work in coordination with the technical team and be responsible for preparing and sending proposals to clients. #### **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Preparing economic proposals based on technical drawings * Calculating materials, costs, and execution timelines * Preparing technical documentation associated with each project * Liaising with suppliers to request quotations * Communicating with clients to submit proposals and resolve queries * Tracking proposals and updating information in the CRM * Verifying compliance with quality standards and regulations #### **What do we expect from you?** * Technical education (Interior Design, Building/Civil Engineering, Furniture Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar) * Experience interpreting technical drawings and preparing technical budgets * Proficiency in office software and CRM systems * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Autonomy, proactivity, and organizational skills * Strong communication skills A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory. #### **It would be a plus if you also…** * Have experience in technical carpentry or furniture * Are familiar with the hospital environment * Have worked in technical offices or studies departments * Are proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD or others) * Have basic knowledge of budgeting. #### **What do we offer?** * Joining a solid and growing company * Relevant projects in the healthcare sector * A dynamic environment with continuous learning **Conditions**: **Salary:** €20,000 – €25,000 gross/year (depending on experience) **Working hours**: Monday to Thursday: 8:30–14:00 / 15:00–17:45; Friday: 8:30–14:00. **Location**: On-site work in Silla (Valencia). ### **About us** At **HR LEAN**, we specialize in talent acquisition and operational excellence, placing people at the heart of the organization.
