On-the-job training Personnel are needed to work at a plastics-sector company located in Torrent. The primary responsibility is to operate industrial machinery for plastic material processing. Work takes place on production lines, monitoring that the manufacturing process remains continuous and that tasks at each stage are correctly executed. Attention to detail is essential to control basic machine adjustments and perform auxiliary factory tasks. Daily responsibilities include feeding the production line, visually inspecting products, and assisting with material preparation. The work environment is dynamic, and teamwork is required to achieve established production targets. This is a full-time position organized into rotating shifts. Candidates must adapt to the plant’s work pace and strictly adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, which are fundamental at all times. Required training for equipment operation will be provided directly on the job.
