Job Summary: Extrusion Operator responsible for ensuring continuity, quality, and productivity in the manufacturing of PET/PP film rolls. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize extrusion machines for film production. 2. Perform quality control and first-level maintenance. 3. Train new personnel in the Extrusion area. **MAIN MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure continuity, quality, and productivity of PET/PP film roll production. * Start up, operate, troubleshoot, and shut down extrusion machines. * Optimize and adjust machine parameters (temperatures, speed, etc.). * Prepare and switch production/color. * Comply with internal procedures, technical data sheets for quality/product specifications and parameters, manufacturing standards, and safety regulations. * Input and correct machine parameters when they deviate from nominal values. * Monitor, validate, and ensure product conformity. * Inspect the machine, set parameters, and communicate instructions to other Extrusion Operators on the team and during shift changes. * Record various actions and monitor them during the shift (self-checks, operating time, downtime, waste quantity, etc.). * Clean machines. * Perform first-level maintenance, diagnose malfunctions or failures, and report them to the supervisor and/or responsible person. * Propose solutions and improvements. * Report activities and all anomalies to the supervisor and/or responsible person. * Train new personnel in the Extrusion area.
