This is where we supervise storage and delivery operations, plan routes, and analyze data. We are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** for our **Alicante** warehouse. **What will you do in this role?** ‍ You will be responsible for supervising the warehouse’s daily operational activities. Your main tasks will include: * Conducting daily parcel loading/unloading, sorting, and incident management. * Performing weekly inventory counts. * Monitoring delivery routes on a daily basis. * Ensuring maintenance, order, and cleanliness of facilities. * Handling daily customer complaints. * Reporting operational status to the shift supervisor. * Performing administrative support tasks related to parcel pickups and deliveries. * Welcoming couriers and ensuring correct loading and/or unloading of orders. **What are the details of this opportunity?** * Contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Shifts: Rotating, Monday to Sunday. You will work five days and rest two. Rest days will change weekly.
