Job Summary: We are seeking production staff for the plastic injection area, responsible for operating machines, performing quality control, and carrying out mold adjustments in a rotating work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating injection molding machines with manual feeding 2. Quality control of the production process 3. Mold changes and adjustments Production staff are required for the plastic injection area. Tasks include operating injection molding machines with manual feeding, controlling process quality to ensure optimal performance, and loading/unloading machines to maintain continuous production. Mold changes and adjustments are also performed according to the specifications of each batch, and produced parts are inspected to detect potential defects. This is a temporary contract with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, and rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night). Immediate start is required. **Minimum Requirements:** * Responsible and committed to one's work. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate efficiently. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles (operating injection molding machines with manual feeding). * Residence in Aspe or surrounding areas. Experience operating forklifts and/or reach trucks will be considered an advantage.
