If you seek an environment where your impact is tangible and your professional growth is assured… This opportunity is for you! **What will be your mission?** Responsible for ensuring the correct and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with applicable accounting standards and the Group’s internal policies. This role supports the Finance Department by reviewing contracts and transactions, analyzing the accounting treatment of revenue-related items, and contributing to the reliability of the monthly close and annual financial reporting. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Reviewing customer contracts and commercial agreements to determine the appropriate revenue recognition treatment. * Analyzing revenue streams, performance obligations, periodizations, and accruals to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies. * Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes related to revenue, deferred revenue, accrued revenue, and associated balance sheet accounts. * Preparing and maintaining revenue recognition memoranda, technical accounting documentation, and internal supporting materials. * Overseeing complex or non-standard transactions and assessing their accounting impact prior to recording. * Reconciling revenue-related balance sheet accounts and investigating discrepancies, aging items, and unusual movements. * Coordinating with business, legal, and operations teams to obtain necessary information for the accounting analysis of contracts and transactions. * Participating in the implementation and continuous improvement of controls, processes, and reporting related to revenue recognition. * Supporting external audit requirements and providing documentation and explanations regarding revenue accounting policies. * Collaborating on the interpretation and application of accounting standards impacting revenue and related areas. * Timely adherence to methodologies and processes defined by the organization. **What will set you apart?** * Sufficient experience to operate autonomously in your day-to-day work. * Ability to hold fluent conversations in English, as you will collaborate with teams across different countries and both meetings and written communication may be conducted in English. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Solid accounting foundation; knowledge of revenue recognition / IFRS 15 or Spanish GAAP (PGC) revenue criteria; advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience (preferably Business Central, SAP, or similar). * 3\-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting roles, with exposure to revenue accounting, contract review, and financial closing processes. * International experience and coordination with auditors will be valued. * Ability to translate complex contracts into clear, defensible accounting conclusions for auditors. * Experience preparing position papers, policy memos, or supporting documentation for auditors.
