Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team responsible for business analysis, data migration and quality, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With a team of 50 people in Madrid and Valencia, we are currently expanding our presence in Spain and are looking for a **Salesforce Business Analyst** in **Valencia**: As a **Salesforce Business Analyst**, your responsibilities will include: * Business analysis for data management and central model alignment. * Preparation and support for data migration execution. * Data quality, governance, and operational support. * Interdisciplinary and international collaboration. * Promoting best practices in data management and raising awareness among business and IT stakeholders regarding the importance of data quality for operational excellence and value-based healthcare. Required Profile: * Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business/IT, or equivalent. * 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Functional Consultant in CRM/ERP programs or large-scale transformations. * Proven experience with Salesforce (preferably Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud; Health Cloud is a strong advantage), ideally in multinational or multi-entity implementations. * Significant experience in data management or migration projects: defining data scope, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation. * Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medtech, insurance, banking, etc.) is a significant advantage. * Prior involvement in integration projects (CRM–ERP–Data Platform) and understanding of end-to-end business processes is valued. * **English is mandatory** * **French** is a plus * Based in **Valencia** If this profile matches your background, don’t hesitate to apply and join NIJI.
