




Position Summary: We are seeking personnel for a business incubator with responsibilities in payroll management, social security administration, client and supplier invoicing, payment and receivable control, and administrative archiving. Maintenance of labor and administrative documentation We are seeking personnel for a business incubator located in the Godelleta \- Cheste area. Tasks include preparing and reviewing payrolls, severance payments, and settlements; processing wage garnishments, arrears, and other labor-related incidents; preparing and managing social security filings and official forms. Additionally, issuing, reviewing, and tracking client invoices; managing supplier billing; and controlling payments and receivables. Furthermore, archiving and maintaining labor and administrative documentation. A temporary contract through an ETT is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00. The salary is €9.80 gross per hour. * Personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the company. * Education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and payroll and billing software. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
